Notice of the 1st AGM for Kimisho Members

Dear Kimisho Members,
Notice for our 1st Annual General Meeting
Following our Registration as a Sacco Society, notice is hereby given to all Registered Members of Kimisho Savings and Credit Co-operative Society Ltd, that our 1st Annual General Meeting will be hosted on the 6th August 2013 at the YMCA State House Road from 9.00am to 12 noon.
The only agenda for the AGM will be the election of our Management Committee as is by law required.
I want to appreciate all those who have applied to contest the various positions. Only the names of those who have made applications by close of business today will appear for nomination and consideration during the said AGM.
The following seats are up for grabs;

3. Secretary
4. Vice Secretary
5. Treasurer- and we need an Accountant to hold this post. You will hence show proof of your proficiency as you apply.

May we all rise up to take positions at Kimisho with the full knowledge that things do not happen by themselves. They are made to happen.
