Friends,
Happy New Year.
On the 5th January 2013, in partnership with the Public Service Transformation Department, the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission and other partners, we will be launching the Kenyans for a Clean General Election Campaign at the Redeemed Gospel Church in Huruma in Mathare Constituency.
There will be a Clean-up Campaign along Juja Road around the Church as from 7.00am and in a discussion this morning with the Director of Environment at the City Council of Nairobi, they will avail the working tools in good time. We will then recede to the Church Hall at 9.00am for the official launch of the Kenyans for a Clean General Election Campaign by the IEBC Chair Mr. Ahmed Issack Hassan.
This will be an exciting 8 Weeks Campaign across Nairobi, Mombasa and Kisumu, and we will be inviting the 14.3 million Kenyans who registered as voters to come out on the 4th March 2013 and vote. We will also host a simulation exercise on the voting process as we host 500 Leaders to a discussion forum on Peaceful Electoral Process.
L-R; Commissioner Letangule, Ms Bilhah Kiptugen- IEBC Nairobi Regional Coordinator, Mr. Odhiambo T Oketch of TCKC, Chairman Hassan of IEBC and Ms Lillian Mahiri-Zaja- Vice Chairperson IEBC in a Press Briefing
We at The Clean Kenya Campaign are happy with our efforts at helping to mobilize Kenyans to register as voters- http://youtu.be/zOUcDwR2kE8,

This is going to be an expensive campaign, yet, very necessary. We are hence inviting Friends who can lend us their support, partnership and participation as we roll this Campaign out.
We all want a Peaceful and Clean General Election, one that will make us as Kenyans hold our heads high in the community of Nations, and as such, it is our responsibility to discuss the Kenya we want and be alive to the next generation of Political Leaders as people in whom we have complete trust.
From Huruma, this will be our schedule which will culminate with a Prayer Day for all Presidential Aspirants;
Happy New Year.
