Welcome to KCDN

This is KCDN, an Environmental Management, Economic Empowerment and Poverty Eradication Civil Society.

We welcome you to our site. Kindly feel free to share with us your thoughts. Ideas that add value will be appreciated. Ideas that want to make us improve our physical environment will be welcome. And more so, ideas that redirect us from the lost cause will be of immense value.

It is us who will improve the lot of our Environment, our Economy and make Kenya a Clean Country, where People join hands to work for our own Economic Emancipation and where Municipal Solid Waste Management is looked at as a resource, not as waste.

We need to set the standards in this region of the World and become the referral point in how a people can join hands and work for their own Economic Liberation, where waste can be used as raw material and become a source of employment for our people.

Our collective actions will surely make a difference. This is why in partnership with our Key Strategic Partners- The Public Service Transformation Department, the National Environment Management Authority, the Ministry of Environment and Mineral Resources, the Ministry of Public Health and Sanitation,other key Ministries, the Local Authorities in Kenya, the Provincial Administration, A Better World, Akiba Uhaki Foundation and other Partners, we are moving deliberately in sensitizing and mobilizing Kenyans to work towards A Clean Kenya where waste is separated at source.

And this is why we are inviting Kenyans to join with us in The Clean Kenya Campaign and be a Member of Kimisho Sacco Society Ltd

Welcome.

In walking for Peace led by the Administration Police Band, The Provincial Administration, the IEBC, Peace Actors and our Partners, we realized that the people only need such interactions. People were enthusiastic with the Human Peace Caravans and we have seen we are having some effects on most Kenyans.
We are happy that some Media Houses have also rolled Peace Campaigns across Kenya on a massive scale. The only people who have not yet realized the need for Peace, Peaceful Campaigns and a Peaceful Election are the Politicians. They are still talking at cross purposes and we are hoping for divine intervention as we keep inviting them to the Human Peace Caravans.
We have a Loaded Month of February. We have already hosted The Dandora Human Peace Caravan on the 2nd Feb and more are yet to come and on Saturday the 9th Feb, all roads are leading to Westlands for The Waruku Kangemi Human Peace Caravan. This is our Calender of Events for February;
  1. 2nd Feb; Dandora
  2. 9th Feb; Westlands
  3. 13th Feb; Makadara
  4. 16th Feb; Kisumu
  5. 23rd Feb; Kamukunji.
We will then Launch The 7 Days of Peace Activism in Nairobi with a Peace Walk for ALL the Nairobi Aspirants across the CBD on the 21st Feb. This will be our Calender of Events;
  1. 21st Feb; A Forum for ALL Nairobi Aspirants at Charter Hall followed by a Peace Walk across the CBD
  2. 25th Feb; Kayole Soweto
  3. 26th Feb; Kariobangi North
  4. 27th Feb; Kibera
  5. 28th Feb; Embakasi Village
  6. 1st March; Mathare North
  7. 2nd March; Kiambio
  8. 3rd March; National Prayers for a Peaceful Elections.
All these Peace Events will be led by The Administration Police Band, The Provincial Administration, The IEBC and all the Peace Actors and our Partners. And all Kenyans are invited to host their own Peace Walks, Peace Caravans or Peace Sports across the Country as we approach the 4th March 2013.
Lastly, we are inviting ALL the 14.3 million Registered Voters to come out on the 4th March and help Clean Kenya.
Let us all work for a Clean Kenya, a Clean Africa and a Clean General Election as a Transformative Deliverable as we turn 50 in Kenya.
