Friends,
I must start by making a correction.
The Kisumu Clean up that will be hosted at Migosi Estate is an initiative of the Municipal Council of Kisumu and Kisumu County Monthly Clean-up Environment Network- Kicocen- Kisumu, and they have been doing a good Clean-up Campaign across all Kisumu.
On the 15th September 2012, they will be hosting The Mother of all Clean-ups in Kisumu which The Clean Kenya Campaign will also be part of.

In the meantime, we are also happy to announce that 5 Major Markets in Nairobi and Oxfam GB have reached out to us, and they will be attending The Forum. The Forum will start at 8.30am and will be officially closed by Hon Jamleck Kamau- the Minister for Nairobi Metropolitan Development. And the 2nd Session at 2pm will be opened by Hon Mutula Kilonzo- the Minister for Education.
We want to thank the Public Service Transformation at the Office of the Prime Minister, A Better World/SOF-DI, Mugumo Communications Ltd and Akiba Uhaki Foundation for their continued support. We also want to thank the National Environment Management Authority for their Technical Support to the Campaign. And lastly, we want to thank all Teams that have been supportive to this Campaign. We value all that you have done for us- visit Support to KCDN in 2011 and see the entire list.
Let us all work for a Clean Kenya as a Transformative Deliverable as we turn 50.
